A Burning Fire with Jim Boyd

Jim Boyd preaching the gospel for over sixty-five years, including forty-six years of located work among churches of Christ. He is married to the former Rosalyn Hale. They have four children, twelve grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren. Jim Boyd passed on to his eternal reward on August 25, 2025.
The sermons below are taken from his eighteen volume publication called A BURNING FIRE. Altogether there are nearly one thousand lessons in this massive publication, the audio here is 15 minutes in length. Each lesson originally aired on WBMC Radio 97.7 FM and 960 AM in McMinnville, Tenn., at 12:30 pm on weekdays. This new version of A Burning Fire began on June 3, 2019. These programs ran weekdays through the end of 2024; they presently air at 4pm every Sunday. Currently, there are 370 different programs totaling 3 days, 18 hours, 12 minutes, and 34 seconds of audio. |
The lessons for the weeks of June 29 through July 16, also known as a 13-part lesson on Judges, have been released on a new 3-CD set. The design of this set mimics the commentary on Judges, also written by Boyd. More info here.
